Scarlet Empire is a Runescape multi-skill/multi-event community clan. We
arrived fresh, outside of the box on March 19, 2006 and have been growing
larger and stronger ever since. Currently we require that all members have
a free to play combat level of at least 105, with no accepted exceptions. However, we
do have a Junior group with a free to play combat level requirement of at least 90 and some
extra skill-based requirements (check forum for more details). As a Junior, you
will be encouraged to level, and will receive guidance and support from many
highly experienced members.
